Christmas Tag

So I got a really cool toy that I had to try out right away :)  It is called a MISTI from My Sweet Petunia, this tool is amazing!  For sure the best tool to come out in a long time.  I can't wait to play with it some more this weekend.  I made my first shaker tag using the following:

I had so much fun making these gift boxes!

Newtons Nook & Pretty Pink Posh

This was my first try at a shaker card.  There are some things that I would have done different but I am happy with the results.  I used Newton's Nook - Holiday Hounds and colored the sweet puppy in Copics.  I used some distress inks for the background and added some Pretty Pink Posh Sequins and Ranger Glitter to the shaker. The die is from Lawn Fawn and the twine is from The Twinery.

I finally got to play with some new stamps this weekend and I had so much fun!  I added a little sparkle from PPP. Lawn Fawn Paper and Large Rectangle Stitched Die.

First Posting on the new blog!

Since I have moved out of Southlake (http://southlakescrapbooking.blogspot.com/) I guess it is about time to change the name on my blog...  I am not a regular poster but I do like to post my projects on one central site.

For my first post this is a Christmas Card from the Mistletoe Manor Kit from svgcuts.com.  This is such a cute card and very easy to put together.
